Staci McCune - YMCA Board of Directors, Adopt-A-Class, El Dorado Chamber of Commerce
Staci is a member of the El Dorado YMCA Board of Directors, where she volunteers as the vice chair for the Strong Kids program. YMCA Strong Kids helps to change the lives of kids and families in the community through Y memberships, partnerships with community agencies and youth programs like child care, after school activities, summer camps, youth sports, swim lessons and water safety classes.
As a member of the ICI Adopt-A-Class mentoring team, Staci has enjoyed getting to know the students and is excited to help the kids learn and grow.
Staci is also an Ambassador for the El Dorado Chamber of Commerce. This group of volunteers plans local events for chamber members to promote their businesses and keep them connected with the community.
"I really enjoy meeting people and working together towards a common goal," says Staci. "Volunteering was instilled in me long ago and if I can set an example for the kids, maybe they will do the same someday!"
